1. BRANCH MANAGER I

Skill and Educational Background:

  • MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5/6 years of general work experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role such as Branch Manager, CSM II, Manager Banking Operation Management-II, Senior Banking Operation Officer I, or equivalent in the banking industry.
  • Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Afaan Oromoo, English, and Amharic is mandatory.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Workplace: Under Finfinne District Offices

2. Siinqee Ihsan CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

Skill and Educational Background:

  • MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4/5 years of general work experience, including at least 1 year as a Banking Operation Officer, Senior Customer Relationship Officer, or equivalent in the banking industry.
  • Job Grade: XI
  • Workplace: Under Head Office and Finfinne Districts.
