1. Finance Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, including monthly reporting, reconciliations, and other supporting documents for management and headquarters.
- Assist with annual and quarterly budgeting processes.
- Update and implement internal Financial Policies and Procedures according to official regulations.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
- Prepare cash forecasts and submit them to headquarters.
- Maintain monthly stock balances.
- Prepare price quotations and purchase orders matching budget availabilities and purchase requests.
- Control and evaluate purchase documents before payment.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable systems to ensure accurate records of budgets.
- Keep employee records for accurate payment of benefits and allowances.
- Administer monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Settle government obligations and facilitate timely cash transfers.
- Prepare petty cash replenishment and maintain financial data records.
- File financial documents sequentially for traceability.
- Maintain medical fund balance follow-up ledgers for each staff member.
- Ensure completeness and safety of all documents related to the position.
- Perform any additional duties ordered by headquarters.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with HR and Accounts officers.
- Set and follow up on the implementation of set fiscal year plans.
Skill and Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Accounting
- 5 to 8 years of accounting experience, preferably within the NGO sector
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of influencing others
- Good report writing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Decision-making skills

2. Finance and Administration Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage office accounting operations efficiently and consistently in line with local legislation and charity policies.
- Prepare detailed annual budgets and regular re-forecasts aligned with financial accounting systems.
- Continuously review and develop finance processes and procedures.
- Carry out all office financial transactions, including staff payroll processes and updating the cashbook.
- Monitor cash flow and report concerns.
- Prepare year-end accounts for in-country external audit and the UK finance team.
- Report on the financial health of the office and present accurate financial information to the Director of Finance UK.
- Assist the Country Director and Programme and Partnerships Manager in daily management and annual planning.
- Collaborate with the UK Finance Business Partner to implement finance policies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and national policies and procedures.
- Manage finance, human, and physical resources of company operations.
- Keep up to date with labor and finance laws nationally.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Degree or above in accounting or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the NGO sector
- Experience managing HR and administrative functions
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize needs
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
