Job Summary:
The Administration Assistant FO position supports the FO team by providing various clerical assignments and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting in administrative tasks, and coordinating with the travel and events officer.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Degree/Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related field.
- 2 years of relevant work experience for diploma holders or 1 year of relevant work experience for first-degree holders.
- Minimum of 6 months CARE internship service.
- NGO experience is a plus.
2. Office Attendant
- Location: Hawassa, Sidama
Job Summary:
The Office Attendant assists in the cleaning and upkeep of the office, including furniture and equipment. Additional responsibilities include providing messenger services and preparing tea and coffee.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Basic knowledge of work routines and standards.
- Ability to write and read.
- Preferable primary education up to Grade 6.
3. Empowerment and BDS Providers
- Location: Boricha, Sidama
Job Summary:
The Empowerment and BDS Provider will be responsible for implementing strategies to empower women engaged in micro and small enterprises. Key responsibilities include delivering business and life skills training, facilitating financial literacy training, and supporting Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) groups.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Diploma or Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sociology, or related field.
- 2 years of relevant work experience for diploma holders or 1 year of relevant work experience for first-degree holders.
- Knowledge of the local language is required.
