Position: Multimedia Designer and Content Developer

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:
• B.A degree in Fine Arts, Communication, or related fields
• Certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Experience:
• Four years of proven experience in graphic design, audio editing, and video editing, preferably in a professional setting
• Desired experience with motion graphics, 3D animation, and interactive media is a plus
• Experience working for creative agencies is a plus

Role Purpose:

The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphic design, audio, and video editing content. This includes conceptualizing, designing, and producing multimedia assets for various purposes, such as marketing campaigns, social media content, presentations, and more.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Business Competencies:
• Graphic Design: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. This includes an understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Video Production: Skills in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve for editing and post-production tasks.
• Audio Editing: Basic understanding of audio editing software such as Adobe Audition or Audacity for sound design and editing.
• Creativity and Innovation:
• A strong creative flair for generating innovative ideas and solutions across various multimedia platforms.
• Business Know-how:
• Knowledge of the creative needs of telecom companies is important.
• Working with Change:
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
