1. Position: Fleet Supervisor

Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0 years of experience required, but proven experience in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Experience managing a team is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other transportation assets.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal condition and safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs.
- Monitor charge consumption and implement strategies to improve battery efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage driver schedules and assignments, ensuring efficient resource use and timely delivery of goods.
- Train and mentor drivers on safe driving practices, company policies, and procedures.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and on-time delivery rates.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize fleet utilization and support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing fleet operations.
2. Position: Logistics Coordinator
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Number Required: 7
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing transportation and logistics operations is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage logistics software and maintain records of all logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements governing transportation and logistics operations.
