Job Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of two to five years of proven experience working with victims of trafficking or in a similar field.

Skills Required, Attitudes, and Attributes:

• Ability and willingness to live and work in harsh and difficult physical conditions in an area of potential insecurity.
• Flexibility and capacity to adapt to difficult working conditions.
• Flexible and creative approach, willing to take initiative where appropriate.
• Respect for diverse cultures and belief in ethnic and traditional diversity.
• Experience in facilitating relationships between non-governmental organizations and government entities.
• Ability to work well within a team and take responsibility for delivering results.
• Accountability and responsiveness within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in an NGO with expertise.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
