Job Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of two to five years of proven experience working with victims of trafficking or in a similar field.
Skills Required, Attitudes, and Attributes:
- Ability and willingness to live and work in harsh and difficult physical conditions in an area of potential insecurity.
- Flexibility and capacity to adapt to difficult working conditions.
- Flexible and creative approach, willing to take initiative where appropriate.
- Respect for diverse cultures and belief in ethnic and traditional diversity.
- Experience in facilitating relationships between non-governmental organizations and government entities.
- Ability to work well within a team and take responsibility for delivering results.
- Accountability and responsiveness within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an NGO with expertise.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
