We partner with over 15 Traveler Made and Virtuoso member travel companies globally, providing quality tailor-made photography, cultural, birding, and wildlife tours using our own fleet of cars, luxurious SUVs, and helicopters. We specialize in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and cater to various high-profile clients, including UN agencies, NGOs, and international institutions.

Position 1: Sales and Marketing Intern

Qualification and Education Background:

  • BA Degree in any field of study.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the manager or assigned staff member, completing allocated tasks.
  • Conduct desktop research or gather information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company’s managers.
  • Update documents and sales records.
  • Review sales performance against sales targets.
  • Observe and carry out sales processes.
  • Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions.
  • Assist managers with negotiations.
  • Keep a log of everything learned and deliver presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
  • Assist the QHS, HR, and Sales managers.

Position 2: HR/Admin Intern

Qualification and Education Background:

  • BA Degree in any field of study.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • File documents and answer client and employee inquiries.
  • Schedule interviews and confirm applicant availability.
  • Gather and organize job applications.
  • Write employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies.
  • Assist in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws.
  • Participate and assist in career days and company social and networking events.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Assist the QHS, HR, and Sales managers.

Position 3: QHS Intern

Qualification and Education Background:

  • BA Degree in any field of study.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct QC (quality control) checks on documentation.
  • Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Implement new SOPs.
  • Conduct internal audits.
  • Write audit reports, non-conformance, and corrective action reports.
  • Assist the QHS, HR, and Sales managers.
