Organization: Tetra Tech – Management Systems International (MSI)
MSI is tasked with conducting a final performance evaluation assessment of the Solar Energy Activity (SEA) through the USAID/Ethiopia and Djibouti Learning Analytics Activity (LAA). The SEA, implemented in Kalaf village, Tadjourah region in Djibouti by Liquidstar Inc., aims to facilitate private sector investment in Djibouti’s energy sector. The activity involves deploying an innovative Waypoint charging station to provide off-grid electrical power distribution, potable water, internet, and e-mobility to the village.
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will play a key role in the evaluation team, providing methodological expertise and conducting fieldwork in Djibouti. The position requires approximately 75% effort over a period starting in June 2024 and concluding in September 2024.
