1. Position: Service Solution Manager
Responsibilities:
- Conduct demand analysis to identify service sales opportunities in Telecom services, including service solution design, project operation, quotation, cost budgeting, and scheduling.
- Develop new service project opportunities through customer communication and market insights.
- Design service solutions based on customer requirements and pain points.
- Quote service projects based on customer budgets, competition prices, or historic prices.
- Negotiate or clarify service prices, contract terms, supplier timelines, responsibility matrices, and scopes.
- Operate service projects and execute routine tasks.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage bidding processes.
Required Professional Skills:
- Technical knowledge in Datacenter, storage, server, Virtualization, Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), etc.
- International experience (e.g., AWS, Google) is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with local ecosystem development.

2. Position: Active & Telecom Manager / FM Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operation tasks with customers, ensuring active network elements are managed and service acceptance is finalized monthly.
- Manage Field Maintenance (FM) teams to handle active trouble tickets and achieve SLA, MTTR, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with Back Office (BO), Field Operations (FO), FM teams for planned work orders (WOs).
- Ensure regional availability of spare parts and manage active WOs.
- Collaborate with Transmission (TX) team to handle DCN, alignment, packet loss, BER, and quality issues.
- Work with Network Performance Management (NPM) team to manage quality WOs such as hardware, VSWR, and tilt.
- Maintain and ensure the health of active network elements (BTS/BSC/Node B/RNC/MW/IP/Router/DWDM).
- Review monthly preventive maintenance activities to ensure no pending passive reserves.
- Oversee the handover process for newly injected sites.
Professional Knowledge:
- Prepare training plans for FM teams and evaluate their qualification.
- Prepare and report dashboard metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Create incident and technical reports for customers.
- Evaluate and manage subcontractors’ FM teams.
Education and Major:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering or related fields.
Business Skills:
- Professional customer interaction.
- Evaluate subcontractors’ maintenance teams monthly.
- Prepare detailed reports on planning activities, KPIs, improvement plans, and challenges.
Experience:
- Over 5 years of telecom networking experience, including managing Huawei Active Elements.
- Familiarity with Huawei Managing Service Processes is preferred.
Skills or Certificates:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF).
- Excellent English language skills.
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mentality.
- Initiative and creativity.
- Ability to travel frequently.
