2. Branch Customer Experience Manager
Skill and Educational Background:
- Qualification: BA/BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field of studies
- Experience: 5 years of relevant banking experience, out of which 2 years in a supervisory position
Place of Work: Adama Branch
3. Chief, Resource Management Officer
Skill and Educational Background:
- Qualification: MSc/MBA/MA or BA/BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field of studies
- Experience:
- 11 years of relevant banking experience with MSc/MBA/MA, out of which 4 years in a senior management position
- 13 years of relevant banking experience with BA, out of which 5 years in a senior managerial position
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Basic Functions of the Position:
- Plan, organize, direct, and control overall undertakings of finance management, share management, human capital management, and procurement and facility management.
- Design comprehensive policies and procedures for human capital management, finance management, share management, and procurement and facility management.
- Provide strategic leadership and develop and execute strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Design organizational culture that fits the Bank’s vision and mission.
