1. Branch Manager-I

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Qualification: BA/BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field of studies
  • Experience: 6 years of relevant banking experience, out of which 2 years in a supervisory position

Place of Work: Adama and Shashamane Branches


2. Branch Customer Experience Manager

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Qualification: BA/BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field of studies
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant banking experience, out of which 2 years in a supervisory position

Place of Work: Adama Branch


3. Chief, Resource Management Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Qualification: MSc/MBA/MA or BA/BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field of studies
  • Experience:
  • 11 years of relevant banking experience with MSc/MBA/MA, out of which 4 years in a senior management position
  • 13 years of relevant banking experience with BA, out of which 5 years in a senior managerial position

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Basic Functions of the Position:

  • Plan, organize, direct, and control overall undertakings of finance management, share management, human capital management, and procurement and facility management.
  • Design comprehensive policies and procedures for human capital management, finance management, share management, and procurement and facility management.
  • Provide strategic leadership and develop and execute strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Design organizational culture that fits the Bank’s vision and mission.
