Job Summary:
The Empowerment and BDS Provider will play a key role in the AWE Phase II project, focusing on empowering women engaged in micro and small enterprises. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring project activities, delivering business and life skills training, facilitating digital and financial literacy training, supporting VSLA groups, establishing financial linkages, leading SAA and male engagement dialogues, and coaching and mentoring businesswomen.
Skills and Educational Background:
- Education: Diploma in Economics, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field. A degree is preferred.
- Experience: 2 years for diploma holders or 1 year for degree holders.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of local language, good communication skills, teamwork, gender equality, participatory approach, and sustainable development.
- Competencies: Respect, accountability, courage, excellence, stress tolerance, information monitoring, team building, interpersonal skills, coaching, problem-solving, planning, and organizing.
