Position: Customer Service Officers (Sales Representative)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- 0-2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Persuasive with excellent negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned sales territory.
- Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
- Conducting promotional activities and events to raise brand awareness.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Answering phone calls and providing information to esteemed customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
