This internship opportunity will provide direct technical assistance and support to Great Valley Center staff for software development, hardware and software issues.
Job Description:
- Experience: Fresh Graduate

Responsibilities:
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
- Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
- Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
- Identify and report system issues to vendors and monitor resolution.
- Monitor antivirus software and updates, as well as backup systems and procedures.
- Record activities, solutions, and responses to service requests.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and technical documentation.
- Provide backup technical support for the network.
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff and contribute to technical documentation and policy development.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, ICT, computer engineering, or related fields.
- Experience is not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
