Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Teaching certification/license (where applicable)
• Previous teaching experience at the high school level preferred
• Strong subject matter expertise and familiarity with international curricula (IB, AP, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration
