1: Learning and Development Specialist
Job Summary:
IATS is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist (LDS) to oversee the training and professional development of the company’s workforce. Reporting to the HR Manager, the LDS will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, planning, executing, and evaluating training programs within the organization. Additionally, the LDS will implement and monitor appraisal schemes and administer programs to improve employees’ skills and knowledge.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis and evaluation for new training and staff development programs
- Develop a Comprehensive Training Plan based on needs assessment
- Design and create training materials and manuals
- Train and monitor instructors, evaluating their effectiveness
- Deliver training using various instructional techniques
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and prepare reports for management
- Maintain contact with training institutions and research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
- Review, analyze, and evaluate overall training programs within the organization
- Prepare training budgets and research external funding sources
- Maintain records of employee training history and ensure compliance with accreditation policies
Skill and Educational Background:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Training of Trainers (TOT) certified
- Minimum 5 years of experience for Master’s degree and 7 years of experience for bachelor’s degree in employee coaching, training coordination, or human resources
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of organizational learning, development, and training principles
- Understanding of adult education principles and effective presentation methods
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex situations with diplomacy and tact
- Strong organizational and time management skills
2: Executive Administration Officer
Job Summary:
The Executive Administrative Officer (EAO) will provide support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Manager (GM) in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include scheduling, communication management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and office maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily calendar for the CEO and GM
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Provide receptionist duties and manage office facilities
- Ensure cleanliness and serviceability of facilities
- Schedule travel arrangements for executives and staff
- Manage office services, including bill payments and security programs
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in secretarial science, office management, or related fields
- Two years of related experience in office administration
Competencies:
- Knowledge of IT tools such as MS Office
- Understanding of delegation and managing processes
- Reliability and adaptability
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
3: HR Generalist
Job Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for daily administrative and HR duties, including recruitment, record maintenance, employee benefits administration, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in HR department planning and prepare work plans
- Assist with recruitment process, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews
- Conduct orientations and maintain records of new employees
- Handle employee grievances and advise on appropriate actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee benefits
- Maintain HR records and produce reports on HR activity
- Assist with performance management procedures and communication with public services
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related field
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
