Position: Unit Leader-Distribution
We are currently seeking a dynamic and capable Unit Leader-Distribution to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate, competent, and prepared to contribute to our mission with dedication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective distribution strategy and business plan based on thorough analysis, insight, and distribution principles.
- Optimize distribution operations to align resources with activity levels and meet customer service needs, thereby enhancing overall distribution performance.
- Oversee distribution planning and control, including order management, routing and scheduling, distribution resource optimization, tracking, and inventory deployment planning.
- Manage the distribution budget and allocate funds according to plan, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitor the execution of distribution plans, including planning execution, rentals, and third-party logistics.
Skills, Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in logistics operations within FMCG organizations.
- Experience with logistics and business software systems (ERP).
