1. Sales Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain contracts with existing clients and cultivate long-lasting relationships.
• Reach out to potential customers to introduce company products and facilitate sales.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and stay informed about market trends.
• Record all sales activities, customer appointments, and complaints accurately.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic sales planning.
• Provide feedback to product developers for product improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and promote new products and special deals.

2. Junior Software Support Executive

Skill and Educational Background:

• BSc Degree in Information Technology & Computer Science.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server and IDS PMS (Hotel Operations).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and management of the existing ERP/PMS (Hotel Software) Solution.
• Demonstrate a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, or field visits when necessary.
