1. Junior Site Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

  • Provides technical and engineering information about products, services, or equipment.
  • Identifies potential customers and organizes sales call schedules.
  • Maintains extensive knowledge of the company’s products and assists in closing sales where technical expertise is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares technical presentations to explain the company’s products to customers.
  • Works closely with customers and engineers to ensure products meet system requirements.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Researches, develops, and modifies products to meet customer needs.
  • Assists customers with product issues and recommends improvements.
  • Collects customer feedback to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and communicates issues with the sales department.
  • Secures orders, ensures product specifications, and ensures product delivery.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Water Supply and Sanitary Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 years, with some background in construction work.
  • Computer skills.
  • Strong technical and operational abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Team-oriented with strong public relations skills.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation abilities.

2. Export Sales Officer

Job Summary:

  • Sells the company’s products to international clients.
  • Presents products to potential buyers through various communication channels.
  • Analyzes market dynamics and customer needs to provide solutions and integrate the company’s products.
  • Follows up on orders with warehouse, operations teams, transport companies, and forwarders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements market development plans for products in defined areas.
  • Communicates with external potential customers to support and increase sales volume.
  • Provides leadership to customer service, planning, and logistics teams to ensure customers receive appropriate shipments.
  • Works with international agents attending trade shows and conferences.
  • Investigates new sales opportunities and actively solicits business from potential customers.
  • Negotiates export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability.
  • Responds promptly to customer complaints and seeks profitable solutions.
  • Maintains records of export details to ensure compliance with government policies and transportation laws.

3. Showroom Sales Officer

Job Summary:

  • Works closely with customers, contractors, and engineers in providing the company’s products.
  • Provides expert product knowledge, selection support, and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with customers or their representatives in planning and product selection.
  • Provides consultative sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Greets and meets visitors in the showroom, understands their needs, makes presentations, and advises on products and solutions.
  • Prepares quotations according to customer needs and specifications, conducts and handles payments.
  • Uses appropriate office technologies and computers to process orders and maintain communication with contacts.
  • Maintains the showroom professionally and follows company policies and procedures.
  • Follows sales terms and conditions in line with company policy.
  • Reports to the Marketing and Sales Head.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation abilities.

4. Marketing and Sales Division Head

Job Summary:

  • Plans, organizes, leads, controls, evaluates, and reports marketing and sales activities to execute strategies maximizing market share and company positioning.
  • Conducts research and creates plans and prospects for marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans and directs the company’s sales and marketing policies, goals, and initiatives.
  • Develops and oversees sales and marketing functions to ensure strategies are aligned to achieve sales and brand objectives.
  • Promotes existing brands and introduces new products to the market.
  • Conducts research and develops marketing opportunities and plans.
  • Gathers, investigates, and summarizes market data and trends.
  • Develops and conducts sales campaigns and marketing promotional plans.
  • Maintains relationships with customers, understands their needs, and identifies new marketing opportunities.
  • Organizes the sales and marketing team to reach potential customers creatively.
  • Ensures timely and professional execution of all quotes.
  • Conducts site inspections and familiarization visits to potential areas.
  • Monitors profiles of major clients in different media platforms and ensures appropriate responses are posted.

  • Flexible, upbeat, and a good team member.
  • High standards of integrity and confidence.
