1. Junior Site Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

  • Provides technical and engineering information about products, services, or equipment.
  • Identifies potential customers and organizes sales call schedules.
  • Maintains extensive knowledge of the company’s products and assists in closing sales where technical expertise is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares technical presentations to explain the company’s products to customers.
  • Works closely with customers and engineers to ensure products meet system requirements.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Researches, develops, and modifies products to meet customer needs.
  • Assists customers with product issues and recommends improvements.
  • Collects customer feedback to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and communicates issues with the sales department.
  • Secures orders, ensures product specifications, and ensures product delivery.

2. Export Sales Officer

Job Summary:

  • Sells the company’s products to international clients.
  • Presents products to potential buyers through various communication channels.
  • Analyzes market dynamics and customer needs to provide solutions and integrate the company’s products.
  • Follows up on orders with warehouse, operations teams, transport companies, and forwarders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements market development plans for products in defined areas.
  • Communicates with external potential customers to support and increase sales volume.
  • Provides leadership to customer service, planning, and logistics teams to ensure customers receive appropriate shipments.
  • Works with international agents attending trade shows and conferences.

Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with customers or their representatives in planning and product selection.
  • Provides consultative sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Greets and meets visitors in the showroom, understands their needs, makes presentations, and advises on products and solutions.
  • Prepares quotations according to customer needs and specifications, conducts and handles payments.
  • Uses appropriate office technologies and computers to process orders and maintain communication with contacts.
  • Maintains the showroom professionally and follows company policies and procedures.
  • Follows sales terms and conditions in line with company policy.

Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans and directs the company’s sales and marketing policies, goals, and initiatives.
