Position: Graduate Management Trainee – Operations
About the Role:
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to venture into the operational space and contribute to logistics operations in a dynamic environment. This role offers rotational assignments across different departments within the operation divisions, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of operational management systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Relevant University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Well-organized and results-oriented individual.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to clients’ service requirements.
- Utilize standardized programs and tools effectively.
- Report any non-conformity regarding customer merchandise.
- Work within designated operating areas and follow operating procedures and safe practices.
- Collaborate with the operations team on assigned projects such as standardization, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
- Champion best practices and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support projects to improve safety, quality culture, and environmental practices.
- Ensure proper handling and safe usage of assigned equipment.
