Kifiya Financial Technologies is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Human Resources Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary: Negotiable

Skills and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, focusing on creating an enabling work environment.

Competencies/Prerequisites:

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with an emphasis on fostering an inclusive and supportive culture.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism.
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and well-being programs.
Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and best practices.

2. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary: Negotiable

Skills and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, focusing on creating an enabling work environment.

Competencies/Prerequisites:

Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role within a business sector.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven HR decisions.
