Job Position 1 – Logistic Intern
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification preferred.
- Experience: Experience with donor (UN, USAID, etc.) asset and procurement specific procedures is an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge:
- Supply chain management including procurement, tendering, contracting, clearance, transport, warehousing, distribution, fleet management, and asset management.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems.
- Understanding of donor-specific logistics procedures and grant requirements.
- Skills:
- Highly skilled at using ERP systems to manage inventory logistics.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Amharic and English.
- Abilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and support supply chain activities.
- Implement procurement process.
- Process procurements through the Unit 4 ERP system.
- Track vendor contracts and support timely vendor payment.
- Track organization equipment and assets.
- Assist in planning office management needs.
- Collaborate with the IT Officer.
- Support safety and security tasks.
- Develop and maintain a database of suppliers.
- Support safeguarding of program participants and employees.
Job Position 2 – Human Resource (HR Intern)
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Education: BA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related social science fields of study.
- Only Female Graduates of 2014 or 2015 E.C.
- Experience: Zero years of work experience required.

- Team: Support Staff
- Reports to (position): Senior HR and Admin Officer
- Location(s): Addis Ababa
- Work Days & Hours: Monday-Saturday, 40-48 hours/week, occasional weekends and public holidays
- Travel: Regular travel to field offices

- Knowledge:

- Assist in other departments as needed.
Job Position 3 – Health Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or other relevant clinical degree in public health or Nursing.
- Postgraduate training in General Public Health is an added advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years progressive responsibility in international humanitarian programs.
- Minimum 2 years senior-level related role to primary health, maternal and child health, reproductive health, and communicable diseases in humanitarian or development programming, with at least one year in a humanitarian context at an NGO.
- Experience with an international NGO or UN agency is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge:
- Humanitarian principles and operations.
- Project cycle management.
- [Country] MoH, WHO, and UN health systems and policies.
- Evidence-based practices in health in humanitarian settings.
- Principles and current approaches to monitoring and evaluation.
- Skills:
