Position Dispatcher/Call Center

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Marketing Management/Sales or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in a Delivery Company.
• Thorough understanding of delivery procedures.
• Proficiency in both Amharic and English, and familiarity with other local and international languages is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Punctuality is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, with transportation provided for night shifts (9 PM to 4 AM).
