Position: Office Manager
Skill and Educational Background:
- BA degree from a recognized university (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent organizational abilities with great attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic, as well as proficiency in the local language spoken in the area
Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Manage information flow efficiently and accurately
- Schedule and coordinate executives’ calendars and meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodation for executives
- Track daily expenses and prepare regular reports
- Supervise other clerical staff members
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure stock availability
- Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, and presentations
- Record minutes during meetings
- Handle phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
