1. Credit Portfolio Manager
- Location: Awach SACCOS, Head Office, Addis Ababa
- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
- Oversee the credit application process and monitor loan portfolios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve credit-related issues.
- Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Banking and Finance, Cooperative Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of lending principles and credit analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Credit Follow Up Officer
- Location: Awach SACCOS, Head Office, Addis Ababa
- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor repayment activities and follow up with delinquent customers.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain accurate records.
- Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit follow-up or collections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Secretary
- Location: Awach SACCOS, Head Office, Addis Ababa
- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy guidelines.
- Skill and Educational Background:
- Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science or related fields.
- Fluent in English and Amharic.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Executive Secretary
- Location: Awach SACCOS, Head Office, Addis Ababa
- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle communications and manage documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
