1. Credit Portfolio Manager

  • Location: Awach SACCOS, Head Office, Addis Ababa
  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Assess and evaluate creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
    • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
    • Oversee the credit application process and monitor loan portfolios.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve credit-related issues.
  • Skill and Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Banking and Finance, Cooperative Accounting, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit portfolio management.
    • Strong knowledge of lending principles and credit analysis.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Credit Follow Up Officer

  • Location: Awach SACCOS, Head Office, Addis Ababa
  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Monitor repayment activities and follow up with delinquent customers.
    • Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain accurate records.
  • Skill and Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit follow-up or collections.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

3. Secretary

  • Location: Awach SACCOS, Head Office, Addis Ababa
  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors.
    • Manage calendars, schedules, and documents.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy guidelines.
  • Skill and Educational Background:
    • Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science or related fields.
    • Fluent in English and Amharic.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.

4. Executive Secretary

  • Location: Awach SACCOS, Head Office, Addis Ababa
  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Handle communications and manage documents.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Maintain confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
  • Skill and Educational Background:
    • Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science or related fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
