1. Cashier
- Place of Work: Atsibi Branch/Tigray Region
- Skill and Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any related field with at least two years of work experience in cash management.
2. Auditor
- Place of Work: Rema Branch/North Shewa
- Skill and Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or any business-related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.
3. Senior Office Engineer
- Place of Work: Head Office
- Skill and Educational Background: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or a related field with a minimum of 6/8 years of total experience in Supervision and Contract Administration Works, including 4 years of senior-level experience.
4. Collateral Valuator and Engineer – Civil
- Place of Work: Debre Birhan District Office
- Skill and Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or any relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in designing, estimation, and valuation.
5. Customer Service Supervisor Grade -1
- Place of Work: Daruselam Branch/Jigjiga City
- Skill and Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or any other business-related field with 2 years of experience in banking operations. Fluency in Af-Soomaali language is preferred for applicants in Daruselam Branch/Jigjiga City.
6. Security Operation Centre (SOC) Analyst
- Place of Work: Head Office
- Skill and Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Security Operation Centre. Proficiency in TCP/IP Packet Analysis, Log correlation and analysis, and practical experience with IBM QRadar, Arcsight, or Splunk are required. Certifications like CEH, CSA, and CHFI are advantageous.
7. Manager – Interest Free Banking
- Place of Work: Adama District Office
- Skill and Educational Background: MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 8/10 years of experience in banking operations, including Four (4) Years in IFB Operation’s. Certifications like CEH, CSA, and CHFI are advantageous.
8. Branch Manager – Grade -I
- Place of Work: Daruselam Branch/Jigjiga City /Deder Branch/ East Hararghe
- Skill and Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking &Finance, Business Administration, or any other business-related field with 3 years of work experience in banking operations, including 1 year in a supervisory position. Fluency in Af-Soomaali language is preferable for applicants in Daruselam Branch/Jigjiga City.
