Position: Section Head, ATM Services
Job Summary:
The Section Head, ATM Services, at Zemen Bank, plays a crucial role in coordinating and monitoring the proper maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of ATMs to ensure optimal performance. The position involves planning UAT testing, developing test scenarios and cases for ATM applications, and conducting UAT testing to ensure the system aligns with real scenarios and meets requirements.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Business Information System, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, or Software Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Senior Officer or 1 year as a Principal Officer in a supervisory role.
