1. Customer Service Officer

  • Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
  • Salary: As per the company scale
  • Quantity Required: 1

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Familiarity with MFI industry’s rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills

Competencies:

  • Good planning, organizing, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and empower others
  • Well-organized with the ability to act in a professional and ethical manner
  • Good skills in the use of computer applications
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills.
