1. Head, Collection & Disbursement Unit

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
  • Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
  • Manage daily collections, receivables, disbursements, and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Financial Policies and Procedures.
  • Assess, manage, and mitigate foreign currency exposure.
  • Manage debt obligations and lender relationships.
  • Prepare or monitor the company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
  • Develop and promote relationships with treasury service providers, external providers of capital, and other stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.

Work Experience

  • 8 years and above at a similar position (Construction or Private organization work experience advantageous).

Technical Competency

  • Coordination, listening, communication, and comprehension skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Basic management skills.

2. Senior Stock Accountant/Inventory Controller

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all inventory control management activities.
  • Ensure materials are ready and available for production.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure sufficient materials for production.
  • Monitor and track inventory flow.
  • Produce daily reports to control critical areas of the stock system.
  • Provide necessary inventory reports for the Cost unit.

Skills and Abilities

  • Coordination, listening, communication, and comprehension skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Peachtree & IFRS).

Educational Qualification

  • MBA/BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field.

Work Experience

  • 4/6 years and above at a similar position.

3. Cost and Budget Unit Head

Job Responsibilities

  • Control and follow up on the costing of goods and services.
  • Analyze and interpret gross margins, cost variances, inventory movements, and other accounting reports.
  • Analyze costs of raw materials, spare parts, labor, and services.
  • Review planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of manufacturing operations.
  • Develop metrics and tracking systems for major cost drivers.
  • Develop guidelines for the preparation of budgets.
  • Analyze financial statements of the Company.

Skills and Abilities

  • Coordination, listening, communication, and comprehension skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Peachtree and IFRS).

Educational Qualification

  • MBA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.

Work Experience

  • 6/8 years and above with 2 years at a similar position.
