    The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch. The goal is to ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels, supporting the Bank’s growth.

2. Branch Manager Grade I for Mekelle IFB Branch (DB/ Vacancy-0277/23)

  • Job Summary:
    The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to operating procedures, rules, and codes of practices, coordinating sales/business development efforts, and leading customer service initiatives.
