1. Senior Accountant – Position Open

Skills:

  • Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
  • Financial analysis and report preparation (Balance sheets, Income Statement, Trial Balance, etc.).
  • Revenue projections, expenditure forecasting, and budget preparation.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations and compliance.
  • Development of new or amended accounting systems and procedures.

Educational Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting and/or Finance from a recognized university/college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with three years as a Senior Accountant.

2. Finance Manager – Join Our Leadership Team

Skills

  • Development of a working business and development plan.
  • Overall management of the finance department.
  • Relationship management with banks and financial institutions.
  • Implementation of accounting control procedures.
  • Financial controls, asset management, and tax compliance.
  • Budget preparation, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Facilitation of annual audits

Educational Qualification:

  • BA/MA degree in Accounting and/or Finance from a recognized university/college.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience, with 5 years at a Finance Manager level for BA degree graduates or 6 years for MBA graduates, including at least 4 years in Finance Manager positions.

3. Human Resource Manager – Shape the Future with Us

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Strategic planning, manpower planning, and HR metrics.
  • Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships.
  • Recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.

Educational Qualification:

  • BA/MBA degree in Management/Human Resource Management or related fields from a recognized university/college.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience for BA degree graduates, with 5 years at HR Manager Level, or 6 years for MBA graduates, including at least 4 years at HR Manager Positions.
